Where Has the Time Gone?

Over the next week or Two I will obnoxiously be posting about my time in Japan. Recently, I have been missing Japan SO MUCH and want to go back as soon as I possibly can. I can’t believe it’s almost been ONE YEAR since I moved back to America. Wow.

Anyway, I’m thinking; one day, one picture, one blurb for the next several posts.

Here is the first one;

First and foremost, my beloved little town. Before I moved to this town, I had no idea where it was. When I would visit family in Japan, it would always be Tokyo, Kyoto, and Osaka. I had NO idea about my quaint little town, Miyakonojo, Miyazaki. Like all new things, living in a rural area had its ups and downs. I had also never lived in a place with such drastic weather changes in a year. Nevertheless, I acclimated and began my life. Some say moving to a new place is difficult, but honestly, I found that living in this town made me realize so many things that I had not realized about myself before. Coming from a big city, moving to Miyakonojo was very humbling to say the least. I wouldn’t have changed my little town for anything. From living in this town, I was able to explore Kyushu and experience so much more of what Japan has to offer.
