When I Was Younger...
One of my favorite books to read was “The Giving Tree” by, Shel Silverstein. I remember when I was younger I could have gotten this book read to me over and over and still enjoy listening to it. For those of you who don’t know what this story is about; it’ about a boy and a tree. The boy and tree grew up together and have always been there for one another. Through out the boys life, the tree was always there for him when he needed. It’s a simple, yet gratifying story and reading it as an adult still brings joy. Did you have a favorite book to read growing up?

My Guilty Pleasure
We all have guilty pleasures, don’t we? As for me, I have way more than I’d like to admit. For starters, I could probably live off snacks. Forget “real” food, give me snacks. Another guilty pleasure of mine is watching a copious amount of TV series in a row. I remember in university, my roommate and I would basically turn into rollie- pollie hermits because we would spend hours upon hours of watching numerous episodes of whatever show we were watching….while sharing snacks, haha, yikes.
What’s your guilty pleasure?
